This Privacy Policy explains how IQRA IntelliERP ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects data belonging to institutions, students, guardians, staff and site visitors.
Institutional data (student, guardian, staff and academic records) entered by your institution; account and usage data from administrators and portal users; and standard website analytics from visitors to this site.
To operate the platform's modules (admissions, academics, fees, attendance, and others), to provide support, to secure accounts, and to communicate service updates. We do not sell institutional or personal data.
Access is controlled through the Identity & Security module, including role-based permissions, audit logging and, where enabled, multi-factor authentication.
Institutions control retention of their own records via the Document Management module's retention policies. Requests regarding personal data can be sent to privacy@iqra-intellierp.example.
